With work spanning healthcare finance, higher-ed instruction, and nonprofit leadership, he has led 75+ initiatives that supported 1,000+ first-generation students. A keynote speaker and Ph.D. candidate, Charbel blends data-driven strategy with a passion for access and equity. As Licensee & Curator, he steers the event’s theme, speaker selection, and program quality to deliver a meaningful, community-rooted TEDx experience.

Director of Speaker Experience
Evie Suarez is a SHRM-SCP and Prosci®-certified HR leader and the founder of Work Wise Guide. With 10+ years in talent strategy and leadership development, she specializes in coaching, clarity, and audience-centered storytelling. Evie designs the end-to-end speaker journey at TEDxSugar Hill, from onboarding and rehearsal frameworks to feedback loops and stage readiness. Her approach blends structure with empathy, helping each speaker refine their narrative, sharpen delivery, and connect with the audience with confidence and purpose.

Lee Morgan
Executive Producer
Lee Morgan brings 15+ years of hands-on leadership across live events, hospitality operations, and service teams. Currently Technical Manager for the City of Sugar Hill, and a former U.S. Army airborne artilleryman, Lee is known for calm, solutions-first execution. His background ranges from venue tech coordination to large-team management, with a focus on safety, timing, and audience experience. As Executive Producer, Lee oversees end-to-end production, runs show flow and cueing, and partners with creative, technical, and front-of-house teams to deliver a flawless event day.

Jolie Nguyen
Director of Social Media
Jolie Nguyen is a marketing professional with experience in content strategy, creative production, and community growth. She has led multi-platform campaigns, produced video and photo content, and driven measurable increases in reach and engagement for businesses and events. At TEDxSugar Hill, Jolie leads channel strategy, content calendars, live coverage, and analytics across Instagram, LinkedIn, and email, spotlighting speakers and partners while building an active, values-aligned community ahead of event day.

Tell Beall
Creative Director
Martell (Tell) Beall is a multidisciplinary creative and founder of Tellevisions Media. With nearly a decade in photography, cinematography, and design, he has led projects from concept through post-production for brands, artists, and nonprofits. As co-founder of The Archive, he mentors emerging creatives and builds community through arts education. Tell directs TEDxSugar Hill’s visual identity, from brand and motion assets to stage aesthetics and show visuals, crafting cohesive, emotionally resonant storytelling across every touchpoint.

Brie Townsend
Director of Volunteer & Audience Experience
Brie Townsend is a youth development professional whose work with the YMCA of Metro Atlanta spans camp leadership, after-school programs, and site operations. Skilled in communication, training, and community engagement, she builds confident teams that deliver welcoming, organized experiences. At TEDxSugar Hill, Brie leads volunteer recruitment, training, and placement; designs check-in and audience flow; and ensures guest touchpoints run smoothly. Her goal: every volunteer empowered, every attendee cared for, and every moment intentional.
