Charbel Aoun
Licensee & Curator
Charbel Aoun is the Founding Executive Director of the Georgia First Generation Foundation and an award-winning advocate recognized by Georgia Trend’s 40 Under 40. With work spanning healthcare finance, higher-ed instruction, and nonprofit leadership, he has led 75+ initiatives that supported 1,000+ first-generation students. A keynote speaker and Ph.D. candidate, Charbel blends data-driven strategy with a passion for access and equity. As Licensee & Curator, he steers the event’s theme, speaker selection, and program quality to deliver a meaningful, community-rooted TEDx experience.

Alaina Holeman
Director of Operations
Alaina has seen live events from both sides of the curtain. She toured the United States and Canada as a performer, and has spent more than three years running rentals and events at the Lawrenceville Arts Center. Now she leads everything that happens inside the building on event day.
Ken Jackson
Director of Marketing
As the Marketing and Communications Manager at Leadership Gwinnett, Ken knows how to tell a community’s story well. A self-described story-driven marketer, he now leads how TEDxSugar Hill reaches and connects with the community around it.
Andrianna Butler
Director of Partnerships
Andrianna believes meaningful work starts with connection. A 2026 Atlanta Hawks SheLEADS alumna and Community Champion Award recipient, she spends her days strengthening Gwinnett’s business community. Now she brings that same spirit to TEDxSugar Hill as Director of Partnerships.
Jad-Évangelo Nasser
Director of Speaker Experience
Jad-Évangelo spoke on our 2026 stage, so he knows exactly what this journey asks of a speaker. A global intercultural strategist and ADCOLOR Leader who teaches at Spelman College, he now guides every 2027 speaker from the first invitation through event day.

Kelley Wagner
Volunteer Lead
Kelley helps businesses find office and industrial space with ACRE Consultants and serves the community through the Rotary Club of Sugarloaf and Gwinnett Young Professionals. Now Kelley is gathering the volunteers who will carry TEDxSugar Hill 2027 on event day.
